Nice Cabana – Does It Come With a Cute Pool Boy?
by Rochelle SteelsenWho wouldn't want to live in Southern California? The average high temperature is almost 70 degrees - in January! For most of the year the weather is ideal for swimming, and many homeowners have pools. Pool owners frequently enjoy inviting neighbors and relatives over for fun around the pool. It's an ideal way to entertain people: just invite friends and declare a potluck meal. Nominate someone to bring the liquid refreshments, not forgetting the ice, and you have an instant party. People who don't have their own pool are usually more than happy to bring some food along in exchange for a dip in your pool. Even relatives who do not swim would love to hang out by the pool and keep an eye on the kids if you provide them with some shade and keep the drinks coming.
However, there is a down side to being the one who owns the pool. You have all of those individuals going through your home, changing clothes in your bedroom and/or bathroom. Don’t you just hate it when the wet swimmers walk through your home to change back into their normal clothes? Wouldn't it be nice to have a cabana that they could use?
It isn't as hard or costly as it appears to be. Consider utilizing the services of a business that manufactures sheds to suit your desires for your own cabana. These sheds are so much more than four walls and a roof. There are many options that you could use to change a shed into a lovely cabana. Think about a shed with dimensions of eight by twelve feet with a high peaked ceiling, windows, a nice looking door, and a stucco finish on the outside that complements your house. You can even have a coordinating tile roof as the finishing touch. What a great place this would be for everyone to change into their swimsuits.
No longer relegated to storage of rakes and lawnmowers, customized sheds are now used for a great deal more. There is no limit to their uses as some people are utilizing them as playhouses and home offices. A lady in northern California wanted to put an addition onto her house. She wanted more room for her demonstrations and workshops since she is a distributor of rubber stamp craft items. She was informed by the county that the permit alone would cost her $30,000! And that was even before construction costs were figured into the plan! So, instead of adding to the home, she built a large shed with windows and even air conditioning. It is very nice, and she is more than pleased with her purchase. The “stamp pad” price was a small portion of the money needed for just the building permit of an additional room.
Sheds can have many different uses and a large enough shed can even store your motor home. If you can use a shed's extra storage space, you will want to purchase one from a reputable company with a good warranty and happy customers. You’ll be amazed by the outcome.
You'll have to find that cute pool boy for your cabana on your own. He won't come with the shed. But the shed is still worth it.
